Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a slow-paced practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are held for several minutes to fully support the body. This stillness calms the nervous system and promotes flexibility. It’s ideal for recovery, relaxation, and a sense of peace.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on deep stretching and releasing tension in connective tissues. Poses are held for several minutes to allow muscles and joints to relax fully. This practice improves joint mobility and flexibility. It leaves you feeling balanced and at ease.
Yoga & Mobility
Yoga & Mobility is a full-body class designed to improve flexibility, strength, and joint health. Sessions combine mindful yoga flows with functional mobility work using props like balls, straps, blankets, and resistance bands. Classes offer variety to challenge your body while supporting all levels. You’ll leave feeling looser, stronger, and more balanced.
Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is practiced in a heated room at 35–38°C to promote deeper stretching and increased flexibility. The warmth helps loosen muscles, making poses easier and supporting detox through sweating. It combines traditional yoga postures with strength, balance, and endurance work. Many find it physically challenging yet mentally refreshing and energizing.
Yoga & Circuit
Yoga & Circuit is a dynamic class combining strength and cardio in the gym with a deep stretch in the studio. You’ll rotate through different equipment, learning proper form and new workout techniques. This builds strength, improves endurance, and boosts confidence with various machines and tools. The class ends with yoga to release tension and prevent soreness.
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that strengthens the core, improves posture, and enhances body alignment. It uses controlled movements on a mat or specialized equipment to target deep stabilizing muscles. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates suits all fitness levels and can be adapted for gentle rehabilitation or more challenging workouts.
Warm Pilates
Warm Pilates is the same as regular Pilates but practiced in a room heated to 30–35°C. The warmth helps loosen muscles, allowing deeper, safer movements. Controlled exercises target stabilizing muscles to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted for gentle or challenging workouts.
Stretch & Strengthen
Stretch & Strengthen splits the class between building muscle strength and stretching to release tension. Free weights and dynamic movements are used in the studio or gym for variety. The stretching portion helps improve flexibility and prevent soreness. This combination leaves you feeling strong, flexible, and balanced.
Strong Mom
Strong Mom is a child-friendly class for moms to stay active alongside their little ones. The first half focuses on strength and endurance in the gym. The second half moves to the studio for stretching and unwinding together. This class lets you prioritize your fitness while modeling healthy habits for your child.
