YOGA CLASSES
outdoor yoga & Hike
Combining yoga and hiking, we will explore different area of town and may also explore the nature trails. We use yoga to help warm the body for our hike and wind down with yoga. These are all standing poses. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Hatha Yoga
Traditional hatha yoga is a holistic yogic path including: postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. A Hatha Yoga practice is designed to promote balance, flexibility, strength and connection to breath, focusing on form and alignment of postures. Open to all levels.

A gentle practice for all levels on your mat outside. Enjoy the fresh air as we salute the sun and allow the breeze to cool us as we warm up with gentle poses. Location can change.
Meditation
Take a moment to slowdown your body and mind through meditation. This is an introduction to a guided mediation with techniques to guide you through your practice. Meditation has scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep and overall wellness.
Vinyasa Flow
Move with your breath in a dynamic flow of postures, from sun salutations to standing and floor poses. Focused on breath, alignment, and continuous movement, this class is suitable for all levels.
Yang/Ying Yoga
A Yang/Yin class is a blend of a Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flows to energize the body, strengthen and create internal heat in the standing series followed by a gentle, restorative and relaxing stretch. Yin postures focus on long holds, which stretch beyond the muscle fiber into the denser connective tissue alignments, tendons and fascia. Suitable for all levels.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga teaches deep relaxation. Using props for support, we balance the body through gentle breathwork and poses held for 10 minutes. This practice promotes deep rest and well-being in a softly lit room with calming music.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is both a gentle and challenging practice. Poses are held for 5-7 minutes stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia and increase flexibility through long holds. The purpose of this class is to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to allow the body to reach relaxation and restoration.
Mom & Baby Yoga
Regain strength, flexibility, and stamina while bonding with your baby in a supportive space. Strengthen posture, rebuild core, and relieve tension. Your baby can join in by sitting with you or on a blanket. Bring a blanket and toys, as babies also enjoy their own yoga time with touch, movement, and massage.
SSU (Stretch / Sweat / Unwind)
Sweat, Stretch, and Unwind in a calming class with soft music and gentle guidance. The heat promotes deep muscle release, ideal for stress relief, injury recovery, or anyone seeking a less intense experience. Perfect for those dealing with illness, injury, or chronic pain.
Pre-Natal Yoga
Yoga & Thai Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient and sacred system of healing. This system of yoga therapy combines elements of massage, acupressure, twisting, stretching and meditation to release tension, increase vital energy and well being and enhances wholeness of body, mind and spirit. In this session you will relieve tension in the feet, legs, back, shoulders and head. This is only available in private sessions.
In a prenatal class, pregnant women can expect to be guided through a gentle yoga class intended to relax, release, and attune their bodies to their rapidly growing child within. Expectant mothers will learn breath work, yoga postures, and meditation techniques to create increased health and awareness of themselves as a new mother and their baby. Poses may be modified depending on mom's pregnancy, yoga experience, and trimester.
What is laughter yoga?
Laughter yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh without reason. It is called laughter yoga because it combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing (pranayama breathing). It can bring measurable physiological changes like oxygen levels in the blood, muscle relaxation, blood circulation and release serotonin (feel good hormones) in the body.
Yoga for Kids
Kids yoga supports cognitive, physical, and socio-emotional development. Through balance and flexibility, children enhance motor skills, concentration, and confidence. Early yoga promotes self-esteem, body awareness, and noncompetitive activity, fostering cooperation and compassion. Ideal for ages 4-10 and available for birthday parties.
FITNESS CLASSES
Yoga & Circuit training
Start with dynamic yoga stretches, followed by a variety of circuit exercises using different equipment. Finish with a relaxing yoga session to stretch and promote muscle recovery for a balanced workout.
Stretch & Strengthen
30 minutes of strengthening the muscles with weights and dynamic movements. Ending with yoga to stretch the muscles worked to avoid delayed onset muscle soreness.
Mommy and Me
For moms and babies/tots under two, this 30-minute class circuit class is to kickstart your fitness journey. After the circuit, we finish with yoga, snacks, and socializing, allowing moms to connect and build community.
